(BVQI) for Quality Management System of ISO 9001:2008 for Crewing Manning Services last May 14, 2015 with Certificate No. 330376-UK and BVQI has approved the re-certification of FOSCON SHIPMANAGEMENT INC. to ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standard under reference No. 330624-UK with UKAS accreditation last May 14, 2018 and certificates expires on May 13, 2021.
Qualified Seafarers FSI has trained competent and aspiring seafarers for the purpose of deploying and supplying to various clients around the world, with high standard seafarers to serve onboard ocean-going vessels, and to render all other marine related services to foreign principals.

Registered Manning Agency FSI has a Philippine registered Manning Agency, which was adopted on July 8, 2005; and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) with Certificate No. POEA 023-SB-041805-R dated 11 August 2005, renewed under Certificate No. POEA-022-SB-030513-R-MLC last April 17, 2013 to April 16, 2017 and now renewed under Certificate No. POEA-026-SB-030817-R-MLC last April 17, 2017 to April 16, 2021.
